DRAG is a European bicycle brand founded in Bulgaria in 2000. Every bike is designed, tested, and assembled in our own factory in the capital city Sofia, combining precision engineering with a passion for performance.

Yes. Online orders are available for most models. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us for dealer assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, changes are possible under certain circumstances.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page, or contact your local DRAG dealer for availability.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your country and product availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by destination and item type. The final cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

How is my bike packaged for transport?

All bicycles purchased from our online store are delivered partially assembled for transport. The main components requiring technical knowledge are already installed and adjusted. The only steps left for you are to attach the front wheel, screw in the pedals, and tighten the handlebar. To complete the assembly, you will need a 15 mm wrench and a set of Allen keys, which are not included with the bike. Each bicycle is packed in a special five-layer cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Can I track my shipment?

 Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

 If you notice any visible damage, take photos and contact our support team immediately before assembling or riding the bike.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a bike I bought online?

Yes, within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, you may return it without providing any reason. In such cases, shipping costs are covered by the customer. All returns must be sent via the courier company Speedy to their office located in Sofia, 83 Gyueshevo Street

IMPORTANT: Returned products must show no signs of use and must be in their original commercial condition.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Do bikes arrive fully assembled?

 All bikes are 85–90% assembled. You’ll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, seatpost, and pedals.

What tools do I need to finish assembly?

 You’ll need a set of Allen keys, a torque wrench, and a pedal wrench. Basic setup instructions are included in the box.

Can I get my bike assembled by a DRAG dealer?

 Yes. We recommend visiting a certified DRAG dealer for professional assembly and safety inspection.

Will I need to adjust gears or brakes before my first ride?

 Yes, minor adjustments may be required after unpacking to ensure optimal performance.

Is there an assembly video or manual available?

 Yes. You can find assembly guides and setup videos in the Support section of our website.

Warranty & Repairs

What is covered under the DRAG warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for frames and components under normal use. Read more here.
