Radoslav Konstantinov, who competes with DRAG for French Team Martigues SC - DRAG Bicycles broke a 31 year old Bulgarian national track cycling record at Plovdiv velodrome. He set a new record of 4:36,872 for 4000m at the recently opened velodrome in the historical city of Plovdiv at the national track cycling championship.
