Minchev broke the 1000 m sprint record for the second consecutive year.
Miroslav Minchev, who has been competing with DRAG Bluebird TTT since the end of 2012 broke the 1000 m sprint record for the second consecutive year at the national championships in the town of Razgrad on August 18.
